(Ep. 49) Making Friends Wisely — Avoiding Wrong Circles
I find this really amazing! It’s amazing how total strangers can become close allies, study partners, and even lifelong friends. Friendship is one of the greatest gifts of campus life. Yet, as beautiful as friendship can be, it can also be dangerous if chosen wrongly. Your company can make or break you. On campus, your circle can influence your decisions, your grades, and even your relationship with God. Now, I want you to note the following: 1. Friendships Shape Your Future There’s a saying that goes, “Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future.” The people you spend time with are mirrors of where you’re heading. Wise, disciplined, and God-fearing friends will challenge you to grow. But careless, lazy, or immoral friends will draw you into habits that dull your shine.
